Heartland Electronics & Cable Assembly (HECA) is a small business, build-to-order Electronics Contract Manufacturer located just north of Huntsville, in Toney, Alabama. Heartland Electronics & Cable Assembly is certified to both ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D. We began our operations in the Tennessee Valley in 1987. Occupying 42,500 square feet, our facility currently supports three surface mount production lines. HECA specializes in the manufacturing and testing of printed circuit board assemblies using both surface mount and through-hole production technologies.
